
Hearty Golden Chicken Ramen Recipe
Ingredients:
Ho-Ya Pad Golden Chicken Ramen
Choice of protein (tofu, chicken, and/or pork belly)
1 soft boiled egg
1 chopped green onion
2-3 shiitake mushrooms or enoki mushrooms
Ho-Ya Sriracha Chili Sauce (optional)
Directions:
Prep soft boiled egg and cook the protein of your choice and set it aside.
Bring 400ml of water to boil, add the soup base, and vegetable pack.
Drop in the dried noodles, and submerge the noodles in the water for 2 minutes.
Add in your choice of mushrooms and let it cook for 1-2 minute then remove from heat.
Transfer the noodles into a bowl.
Top off the dish with soft boiled egg, protein, green onions, and sriracha.
