
Classic Home-Style Pho Recipe
Ingredients:
Ho-Ya Instant Pho Rice Noodles
Choice of protein (tofu, chicken, and/or beef)
1 cup of bean sprouts
3/4 chopped green onion
2-3 mint and/or basil leaves
1-2 lime wedges
Hoisin sauce (optional)
Ho-Ya Sriracha Chili Sauce (optional)
Directions:
Prep and cook the protein of your choice and set it aside.
Bring 400ml of water to boil, add the soup base, and vegetable pack.
Drop in the dried rice noodles, and cook the noodles for 2 minutes.
Transfer the noodles and soup into a bowl.
Top off the dish with protein, bean sprouts, green onions, hoisin and sriracha sauce.
Lastly, squeeze lime wedge into the broth.
